Skopje, 21 December 2015

The meeting was attended by the representatives of the evaluation communities from Macedonia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the meeting, it was decided that it was necessary to provide funds for the preparation of the website of the Community, which is essential for the further development of the community. It was also agreed that, in the future, a joint project under the IOCE is should be prepared, while the need to organize a training program of evaluation in the region was specifically emphasized, which would be designed in such a way that may be adapted for each country in which the training takes place. Also, it was proposed to consider the possibility of establishing a mentoring training program and for this is responsible the Slovenian Society, given that Slovenia is farthest along when it comes to the evaluation practice. Finally, it was concluded that all the countries of the Western Balkans should take the route of establishing formal networks / associations / societies of evaluators in order to have a better chance of obtaining new projects for the expansion of the community.
